Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with CFE Coastal Food Equipment Ltd. Please carefully read our return, refund, and cancellation policies below before completing your purchase.
No Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been shipped or delivered.
Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted only if the product is returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Returned products must not show signs of use or wear. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will ship the replacement item. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled without penalty only if the cancellation request is received prior to shipping. Orders cancelled after payment but before shipping will incur a 3% restocking fee, deducted from the total order amount to cover processing and administrative costs. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the exchange policy outlined above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will address these cases individually to provide a timely resolution, which may include an exchange or replacement.
